As our current Social Media lead is moving to another role in Statkraft, we are looking for a digital communications expert to lead and manage Statkraft’s positioning in social media.
The role is responsible for our social media channels and for developing and maintaining our social media strategy. The responsibilities include performance monitoring, analysis, content creation and support to communications colleagues based in the countries we operate in.
You will also be responsible for our community management activities and for using our social media channels to distribute and activate key messages, in close cooperation with the content production team.
Lastly, you will be part of an inspired, international communications team. We are committed to a carbon-neutral future and to delivering outstanding communications support to the business. You will report to the Vice President External Communications in Statkraft’s Corporate Communications and Marketing Department.
Your responsibilities include:
Development and management of Statkraft’s social media channels
Social media strategy and plans
Planning, coordination and production of content
Provide advice and support to the line units in Norway and in other markets
Monitoring and tracking of relevant KPIs across channels
Facilitating cooperation and best practise sharing across our global community of social media editors
Building the wider communications and marketing team’s competency in social media, including driving efforts to become more analytics driven
Qualifications
Experience from managing social media platforms, including content strategy, analysis and community management
Strong drive and passion for efficient communication and stakeholder dialogue
Proven significant organic growth of channel follower and engagement metrics
A team player with strong influencing- and relationship building skills
The ability to deliver strategic messaging through creative content
Experience from creating a wide range of content in different formats
Deep working knowledge of primary social media platforms
Experience from supporting senior executives with their social media account strategies and content
Strong communication skills in both English and Norwegian. Other verbal and written language skills will be an asset
University degree within a relevant field
Business and energy industry knowledge is an advantage
